The balance card shows your current tier, remaining credits, usage percentage, and when your credits will refresh. You can access it anytime from your profile page.

Transaction History

Every credit charge and grant is recorded in your transaction history. This gives you full visibility into how your credits are being used.

Filtering Transactions

Use the date range and source type filters to find specific transactions. You can filter by step charges, monthly grants, overage charges, and refunds.

Usage Alerts

ORCFLO can notify you when you're approaching your credit limit so you can take action before running out.

75% Usage Warning

When you've used 75% of your monthly credits, you'll see a warning banner in the workflow builder and on your dashboard.

90% Usage Warning

At 90% usage, the warning becomes critical. If you're on a free plan, you'll want to upgrade soon to continue running workflows.

Paid plans (Solo, Power) allow overage usage, so you can continue working even after using your monthly allocation. Free plans will pause at the limit.

Billing Cycle

Understanding your billing cycle helps you plan your usage effectively.

Monthly Reset

Credits reset on the same day each month, based on when you started your subscription. Your credit balance shows days until the next refresh.

No Rollover

Unused credits don't roll over to the next month. Use them or lose them - so don't be afraid to automate!

Plan Changes

If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll immediately receive the difference in credits. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Analyzing Your Usage

Understanding your usage patterns helps you choose the right plan and optimize your workflows.

1

Review Weekly

Check your transaction history weekly to see which workflows consume the most credits and identify optimization opportunities.

2

Identify Patterns

Look for patterns in your usage. Are certain days busier? Do specific workflows run more often than expected?

3

Optimize Models

If a workflow uses expensive models (3 credits) for simple tasks, consider switching to lighter models (1 credit) to stretch your budget.

4

Plan Ahead

If you consistently use 80%+ of your credits, consider upgrading before you hit overages - higher tiers offer better per-credit value.
